I have been an oxygen patient/customer for a few years. I just received excellent service from Grace Home. My husband had a heard attack and was hospitalized. My portable oxygen concentrator failed and I was in a predicament. The office was closed for the day after Christmas. The owner of the company, yes, the owner, delivered a loaner unit at 9:00 p.m. right to my husband's hospital room. I have always been happy with them, but this confirmed it.
