I was blonde wanting to go blonder and the stylist made my hair brunette/orange. I left the hair without my hair being styled because she claimed it was “too damaged from the bleach” and didn’t want to put heat on it. I’ve never had this happen before and they charged me 450$ and didn’t give me my money back. Worst salon ever. If I got my money back maybe I’d be ok, but as a 17 year old girl I was insanely taken advantage of.
Booked a last minute appointment online with Dianne, would give 10 stars if I could! She was so friendly and knew exactly what to do with my 2c/3a curly sun damaged hair. I usually hate getting hair cut and the end styling but absolutely loved the outcome here! The added soft curls came out beautifully!

I have been going to Grace Hill since they opened many years ago. Somboun, Amra, and their team are so talented, not to mention very kind, sweet, and genuine. I really appreciate how well they take care of my hair!
