Total lack of concern and humanity. Nasty demeanor staff. No urgency just attitude.
We came by the facility to take a tour of the building for our Father for rehabilitation, and the tour was conducted by such a friendly, and knowledgeable young lady name Ms. Stephanie, she was able to answer all our questions and with a warm smile and expressing sincere sympathy for what we were going through, the build was clean and we loved the therapy room size, and equipment.
