Alex at the front desk was incredibly helpful in scheduling my first appointment after many years of avoiding checkups, which had made me quite nervous. She was kind, patient, and reassuring from the start. Dr. Harris was equally wonderful. She explained everything step by step, remained professional throughout, and was easy to talk to in a very natural way. The entire experience was positive, and I would absolutely recommend this office to others
