Dr. O'Brien is amazing. They make you feel very comfortable and do fantastic work. This last visit was absolute best experience I have ever had at a dental appointment and I'm middle aged so I've been to plenty of dentists appointments. They really just put you at ease when its usually not the best feeling going to the dentist they make it a good experience and you walk out with a great smile! Thank you Dr. O'Brien! And you're wonderful and kind staff.
After more then 5 years of trying to find a good dentist who does not shame people and does good work I finally found her. Rachel O'Brien, DDS is by far the best dentist I have ever had do work on me. She removed like 19 teeth even very difficult ones that had preciously been referred by other dentist to u of m because they where to hard for them to do. My girlfriend went to get 2 teeth pulled and me and her just got back from the er learning that she has a broken jaw from it. Yes they had good social interactions but what they did is unacceptable
I got a same day emergency appointment. Had diagnostic xrays and saw the dentist within a half hour. Very nice and professional.
