After more then 5 years of trying to find a good dentist who does not shame people and does good work I finally found her. Rachel O'Brien, DDS is by far the best dentist I have ever had do work on me. She removed like 19 teeth even very difficult ones that had preciously been referred by other dentist to u of m because they where to hard for them to do. My girlfriend went to get 2 teeth pulled and me and her just got back from the er learning that she has a broken jaw from it. Yes they had good social interactions but what they did is unacceptable
I got a same day emergency appointment. Had diagnostic xrays and saw the dentist within a half hour. Very nice and professional.
I've been going here since I was a kid, recently I tried to make an appointment and they said I can't because I missed too many appointments. I asked what they mean because I go to all my appointments as my teeth have always been bad. I was never notified I had an appointment even. When I called it was a receptionist I've never talked to before she had an attitude and wasn't willing to explain. I guess time to find a new dentist.
