I just want to take a moment to recognize Angie J at Grace Health who answers the phones for Eric Hilton’s office. Every time I call, she is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. As a mom calling about my baby, it can sometimes be stressful, but she always makes me feel at ease and reassured. Angie consistently goes above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I have what I need. Her kindness truly makes a difference, and she deserves all the recognition (and honestly, a raise!). Five stars all the way!

I went to get a teeth cleaning and exam. When examing my teeth they said I had gum disease and needed to see a periodontist for a deep clean so they did not clean my teeth and referred me to UK in Lexington to see a periodontist. I chose to see Common wealth periodontics in London today and when they examined mt teeth they found no gum disease at all. They then gave me a normal cleaning. I was so relieved!!! I was so stressed when Grace Dental told me I had gum disease!!! They have no idea what they are doing.
this is my doctor, they do pretty good getting my shots, my appointments scheduling, all of the above. but on behalf of my grandfather who works his butt of to make a living while also being injured, he can barely walk and finally decided to try and get help since he so stubborn and they will NOT take his insurance. this is ridiculous we genuinely have to pay to live. learn to have some sympathy and help someone out, most people who have wellcare aren’t the richest, they’re usually pretty poor. wouldn’t you think to favor th... read more
If possible to give NO stars I would for the pharmacy. I have no dealings with any other department. But my advice is go somewhere else. I think when they merged Chreech & Gibbs it's just overwhelming for everyone. I hope they're able to get their ducks in a row. Wish Creech & Gibbs would've continued the good work at their old place.
