I went to get a teeth cleaning and exam. When examing my teeth they said I had gum disease and needed to see a periodontist for a deep clean so they did not clean my teeth and referred me to UK in Lexington to see a periodontist. I chose to see Common wealth periodontics in London today and when they examined mt teeth they found no gum disease at all. They then gave me a normal cleaning. I was so relieved!!! I was so stressed when Grace Dental told me I had gum disease!!! They have no idea what they are doing.
this is my doctor, they do pretty good getting my shots, my appointments scheduling, all of the above. but on behalf of my grandfather who works his butt of to make a living while also being injured, he can barely walk and finally decided to try and get help since he so stubborn and they will NOT take his insurance. this is ridiculous we genuinely have to pay to live. learn to have some sympathy and help someone out, most people who have wellcare aren’t the richest, they’re usually pretty poor. wouldn’t you think to favor th... read more
If possible to give NO stars I would for the pharmacy. I have no dealings with any other department. But my advice is go somewhere else. I think when they merged Chreech & Gibbs it's just overwhelming for everyone. I hope they're able to get their ducks in a row. Wish Creech & Gibbs would've continued the good work at their old place.
Very unprofessional.My appt was at 4. I was given the wrong address by staff there and when I showed up 7 minutes after I was sent down to the next desk just to be told that it was wrong desk to go down to main desk. When I got there at 4:12 I was told I was past the 10 minute grace period and would have to reschedule. I explained that i was given wrong address which she agreed since she was the one who gave it to me but she stated it didn’t matter that the doctor makes the call who they see and wouldn’t see my son.
