Fast in and out with everything I wanted, nice staff
I never leave reviews but feel as though I should after my visit today. I have dentist anxiety and have had horrible experiences with dentists but Dr Rodney Ledford eased my anxiety and I literally didn’t have an ounce of pain for 2 fillings. I 100 percent would recommend him to everyone! Also his assistant today (I don’t know her name sorry) was so sweet and also made me feel better not to mention she’s very good at her job. If you need anything done to your teeth come here!!!!
If I could give negative stars I would!!! Never stepped foot through their front doors. My experience from just a single phone call was enough for me. The fact that "grace" is in their actual name is incredibly ironic and laughable. My husband works full time and days off are few and far between. So just wandering into an office any day of the week isn't an option. He powered through a double shift, knowing he had the next day off and would be able to see someone then. Absolutely phenomenal! I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dentist's but this visit was amazing. Every staff member was welcoming and helped ease my fears from the moment I walked back. The overall experience was so much better than I could have asked for. So pleased with the results, I will definitely be recommending and returning. Thank you so much!!
