I had my egg freezing procedure here awhile ago. My procedure went really well and I was very happy with the results. But I’m taking one star off because there were some problems with communication. First of all, for the amount you pay for orientation, all you get is information that can be found on the internet. You don’t even get to speak to the doctor. My experience at Grace Fertility was very positive, particularly with the nursing staff but also with Dr. Cheung. I would recommend them. Their costs were lower than other clinics and they never pushed or even recommended add-on treatments which the other clinics often do (as these treatments are not proven to increase success rates by any significant amount). I recommend Grace.

I had an amazing experience at this fertility clinic. Dr. Akbar was incredible — patient, knowledgeable, and always made me feel supported. And a huge shout-out to Nurse Chiara and the entire nursing team. They were the absolute best: kind, compassionate, and always there to reassure me through every step. I’m so grateful for their care and would recommend this clinic to anyone.
