Ripping off their customers. I have been visiting this practice for about two years and their doctors are mostly recent uni students who practice for one year and then move away. I had to look for a doctor elsewhere to have a regular GP, but still kept coming to this practice as well. They started charging me $90 each visit, despite I have a pension concession, and nobody would explain why, even when I asked a receptionist they would say it is up to a doctor. Bargara local and they wont take my 12 year old as he has not been there before. Absolute garbage
Grace Family Practice recently helped me locate some vital prescribed medicine that I needed from a local pharmacy. GFP have an amazing team; and also a big thank you to Dr Sebedi. This young doctor is very professional, caring and always goes the extra mile for his patients. I feel very safe in his kind care. A wonderful doctor with a professional, results focused medical team and practice behind him.
Reception staff are extremely rude on the phone. Belittling people who just want to make an appointment with the doctors. Absolutely disgusting
Can I say - Dr Bilwani was very professional, open & thorough with my painful corn I had under my toe. With other failed mild surgeries and over the counter meds not working, I came to this practice and was under great care of her. After 4 months of pain & avoidance my gait altered, Dr Bilwani successfully removed it and back to my activites.
