I am so disappointed that I will not be returning to this office. Nicole is amazing, but the billing department for this facility is unquestionably the most unprofessional, unorganized and rude mess I have experienced in quite some time. I was referred out for routine lab work. One of the tests came back as uncovered by my insurance.
