Absolutely terrible place from the waiting room to the front office girls who are rude that speak about you In Chaldean which they thought I don’t understand what they’re saying. the doctor he doesn’t let you talk very rude and says things that he really doesn’t follow up on, not to mention that the front office girls say they’re in network with Cigna but now I saw my claim I paid the office for my appointment before even getting seen. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Grace Family Care. I was left waiting in the room for 40 minutes without any updates or assistance. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. Due to this experience, I will never return and will seek care elsewhere. I hope this feedback prompts improvements for the sake of future patients.

TERRIBLE DRs office! Let me start with the worst part, i have my first appointment i come in i explain everything blah blah, the first thing she says "did you change your name in the last year?" I said no??? Iv never changed my name, she asked if i was new to the US... i said i was born here....then she said well there is absolutely no record of any dr's or medical history.
