An excellent company with caring staff
Please stay away from this agency. They do not care about your child and your family. I had to call multiple times to the owner and even go to agency myself to have her assign me someone for my baby because nobody will call me back. Also they do not reschedule appt even if the person is available. Owner literally told me I am not going to reschedule even if you have a doc appt. They do not respect themselves and do not know that this is not about $ is about kids.
I been dealing with alot of Companies because I take care of my aunt how ever this company was Referred to me and I must say Grace is a very nice person and caring for your love one it's been over 2 years and I love this Agency the Secretary is also nice and helpful & respectful go Above and beyond 5 stars
This is a terrible company to use for respite services for your child. The people they send only do the bare minimum and don't really want to work. When the workers call out they don't have adequate coverage to send another person. They just ignore your calls and could care less if you are without someone. I would not recommend this place.
