Incompetent staff did not care about the service they provided and the job they are doing. This facility wasted 31/2 hours of my life.
Worst experience ever!! 15min rapid COVID test a lie!! Took them almost 3 hours to call me to see me got there and took them another hour to call me in and do test and then took them an hour and 1/2 to give me my results that should have been given to me in 15minutes. 🤬🤬
This place is the most unprofessional place I've ever seen . My children and I checked in at 4PM and was told to come back in 5 hours, we go back at 9PM, only to be told "There are 20 people still ahead of us" mind you, the person I'm speaking to is checking other patients in (touching ID & Insurance Cards) while starting an IV. I'm literally watching her spike the bag. Called back this morning, some guy answers the phone refuses to transfer me to the facility, sounds half asleep, kept telling me to just go to the facility.

We are a ‘No wait’ ER, we have however been inundated with countless thousands of calls of people wanting to get a COVID test and we can only do but so much in our very limited capacity. We appeal to your understanding and kindness to please bear with us as we strive to navigate these extremely difficult circumstances...
2.5 hours and counting...for a COVID test. I was told only 4 people ahead of me when I signed in. No AC In waiting room. No one has cleaned waiting room since I arrived.
