Always friendly staff. They usually get me in a room fairly quickly. I like that they have the option of telemed visits. Great place to help get your endocrinology needs met.
Hit or miss here. I love the doctors! They are always right on target, helpful, listen and explain in detail. However, getting your prescriptions sent is another story. I have had 2 appointments (Aug.28th and Sep4th) and no scripts have reached my pharmacy. The pharmacy has also requested refills via fax for 3 weeks that also have gone unanswered. Doctor even put me on new meds and nothing.. again. Why is it necessary to call and beg for your meds?
