Dr. Grace is wonderful but I decided to stop going to her office due to her staff specially Natalia. She is extremely unprofessional and not willing to help. Her attitude is awful. She is always upset. The way she answers the phone is totally inappropriate. Also, her appearance is terrible. She looks dirty. Her uniforms are so tight that you can see the color of her underwear. It is horrible the lack of professionalism that she shows in this office.

Very nice and competent Doctor. Take very good care on the family. Will not hesitate to recommend her to people that need human touch and professionalism
Highly knowledgeable, respectful professional, committed to providing the best of care for patients. Continues specialty rounds, educates and informs patients, and does her best to treat and refer patients according to a thorough diagnosis, involving patient-centered care, counseling, reasonable time to properly evaluate patients, remains informed in her area of specialty, and is exceptional contacting patients' physician, who are under the care of several physicians. She does well at coordinating excellent care of patients.

I would recommend them to people I know if I couldn't think of anyone better to suggest. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Hi, My experience with Dr. Sagayadan is mixed. Pros: she seems to be knowledgeable Cons: Staff doesn't call back to report blood test results No walk-in appointments Dirty and smelly office Wait time is ~1 hour (always got to wait even though you have an appointment) Generally I would not recommend her.
