I am a patient at Grace Dental. On May 21st at 2:45pm I spoke to the Receptionist over the phone who was rude and very unprofessional after I asked her to describe their 400 dollar mouth guard product that I was getting an estimate for my wife. I wanted to compare it with an less expensive one I had purchased from another dentist. During the conversation I told her that I didn’t appreciate her speaking to me in a smart aleck tone.
