Called in 3 day in a row the front Desk lady doesnt understand what I am saying. She told the first day she would follow up to schedule a visit. Next day I called she asked me to tell her all the process again still no call. Then called again on 3rd day and she is still blank. I have never faced this rookie behavior. Its so painful to schedule any appointment here. I d rather go else where for clinic who treat patients with respect and are welcoming the business. My Cap fell off in the beginning of January on a Holiday and needed it capped before I left for out of state the next Monday. They took me in same day, we're very nice, and charged me practically nothing. Very thankful to them and they did excellent work. Thank you!
Love this dentist! Definitely recommend. The doctor has a lot of patience. Staff is friendly. Office is very neat. I never wait no more than 5 mins. Will be returning! Thank you!!!
What an amazing crew and doctor. After going through so many bad dental experiences with other dental offices coming to Grace Dental in Tracy was so wonderful . They schedule an appointment and surprisingly they are always right on time, you dont have to wait an hour or two like in other places. They are always friendly with a smile . The work is excellent and professional, no "mistake " or shaking hands.
