Under new management now. Patient saw the prior dentist weeks ago for decaying tooth and serious pain. Took several weeks for insurance to approve treatment and once they did we booked an appt to get her treatment plan going. Only to drive an hour back to their office for him not to treat her because she's on blood thinners. Mind you, she's been on blood thinners for 7+ months and was treated by another dentist for a root canal. No issue. I went for a deep cleaning , I told the female doctor that she did a terrible job, she did it too fast and very hard … even with anesthesia it was a very painfully experience, she had no sympathy or care, even after I told her that she was going too fast , she did my whole teeth in Les than 20 minutes, it usually takes a lot more than that to do a good procedure.
Great dental office! They have the most friendliest staff, they will walk you through everything especially if you're nervous. They provide excellent care and I recommend going here!
I'd like to say huge thank you for the Doctor and women from front desk ( sorry ,unfortunately , I don't know her name ) First - they are support my husband ( their patient) in very confused situation , they didn't let him without tooth . One more - Doctor and all staff is always very supportive, nice and friendly.
