I had travelled from St Mary’s to Bonnyrigg just to go to this dentist and may I say I had one of the best experiences going to this dentist, all the staff were amazing, the dentist who had accompanied me was the sweetest, lost all my nerves as she made me so comfortable together with her assistant. Overall amazing experience, totally recommend this place to anyone interested❤️

I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and ended up waiting 25 minutes past my scheduled time. While I was waiting, I overheard the front desk tell another patient on the phone that they were running ahead of schedule, which felt ironic since I was already 15 minutes past my own appointment time. I understand some things going over time, but not when you can hear casual conversation, etc. I had other bookings to get to, so I walked out, I try to respect other people's time and expect the same in return.
All staff at Grace Dental Bonnyrigg are professional, kind, and compassionate. I have never had a negative experience here! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, I couldn’t recommend them more!
I had a great experience at Grace Dental. I came in with a cracked wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of discomfort, and the whole team was friendly, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and the extraction went much smoother than I expected. The procedure was quick, the pricing was explained upfront, and I felt well looked after throughout.
