I wanted to purchase a BNR home and chose this mortgage broker. She was initially responsive and continued to request for more information from me such as the required documents. After the pre-approval process was complete, there was radio silence from her. Later, I learned from my agent that Grace cannot help me with BMR homes. I wish I was communicated this by Grace instead of being completely ghosted. I lost trust and felt like we as clients were just tossed aside.
