I chose Rosewood because of the location and the reputation. My father-in-law lived here 35 years ago and our family was very pleased with his care. Rosewood has a Continuing Care Retirement Community contract that made me feel this is a gift for my family to not be obligated financially for my continued care.

Judson Park is my home! Living here is like living in a big, loving, caring family. From the beginning, I have loved the people who live here and the staff that serve us. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the dining room is gracious and fun. The wait-staff is well-trained, the food is nutritious and tasty, and served with style. I'm grateful I live here.

We moved here last year. We thought it was going to be a good move, but it has been far better than we expected. The residents are outstanding - interesting and interested people who are active, friendly and involved. The staff is caring, responsible and responsive. The grounds are beautiful - 65 acres with all single story homes, wonderful walking trails, excellent food choices and flexibility, amenities galore, and pet-friendly! Plus the on-site medical facilities (assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care) are ava... read more

I have been a resident of Rosewood for three years and have never observed a lack of staff help for those needing assistance of any kind. However, there may be an occasion when we need to ask for help and not try it on our own. I have been using a walker for an extended period and am aware of the potential danger of trying to use the handrail and hang on to the walker at the same time, possibly causing an accident. If there is a question in our minds for our safety, ask the staff for help before starting on your own. Our sta... read more

I had lunch with a lady friend at Rosewood today and appalled at the design. the ramp going into the dining room for older people is ridiculous. My 91 yr old friend is recovering from a broken hip and had trouble making sure her walker didn't run down the ramp. I helped her catch it. Yes, she could hold on to the wall ledge, but then she could use only one hand to guide the walker. She had to use their restroom and the door is so heavy I had to help her get the walker in and keep the door open. When I volunteered with the CA... read more

If you want to enjoy your retirement years do not move into Three River's. The atmosphere is a nightmare, the community room is a battlefield of women who act like they never past kindergarden. They do nothing but sit around and say horrible, nasty things, usually untrue about other residents. They discriminate against anyone who is different. There is no piece an quiet. Dogs bark none stop, apartments are broken into very frequently and if you report it and the management finds out he claims to police that you are senile an... read more
