The service of Ashley was phenomenal. However, Grace and her intake person Judy have been less than pleasant to deal with. I was charged a missed appointment fee (for an appointment I didn’t know about or agree to). They didn’t even let me know about it, they just charged me. After they realized that I didn’t know anything about the alleged appointment, they issued me a refund in the form of a check. I cashed the check and go figure, it was bad.
