The front desk lady, I think her name was Lux or Luz was absolutely awful to me. She was snarky and rude. I don’t understand why she hates her job so much but I’m at a time I really need help in my life and she just didn’t seem to care.

Love the counselors. The office manager makes it unbearable. I understand businesses have to make money, but when someone is sick and is forced to keep an appointment or cancel and be charged 100 dollars because they didn't know 24 hours in advance that they would have diarrhea. It's alarming to say the least. I've also seen new staff members, with a loby full, ask for help and her say, "it's ok for people to wait. You'll be fine."
The employees are very professional and helpful and the staff is great! The problem I had was with the therapist named Nicolette Aguon. I have heard from other people that saw her for counselling sessions that she has a tendency to avoid eye contact and can be rude but I decided to take a chance because I was looking for a woman of color to be my therapist.
