I have had some good experiences though schedules can be easier I guess that's the down side of a clinic but mostly kind and polite service for my visits
This place was amazing when Sherry was there but after she left the lady that took over for her with the older patients isn't very caring. I got told every time I would see her that this or that medicine would help me but that she wasn't go to prescribe it. I could understand if it was narcotic meds I was asking about but it was not. Like literally every time I went in for something she would say well I can see how this medication would help you or this treatment would help you but I'm not going to do it. Nicole is absolutely amazing and really cares about your health and what needs to be done to keep you on track!
If you need care don’t expect it here. I would go into details but the problems are too vast to expand on. I’m not sure where the breakdown lies. Wether it’s with the “nurse practitioner” or the actual Doctor. Urgent prescriptions not being filled in a timely manner or requests for needed specialists not being submitted. They have a total breakdown in communication.
