I recently took an expensive silk satin shirt to this dry cleaner, requesting next-day service. When I picked it up, I was horrified to find that the shirt had shrunk significantly, the fabric had lost its shine, and the color appeared faded. It was not the same shirt I had dropped off. I returned it to them, hoping they could fix the issues. Unfortunately, when it was returned again, it was in even worse condition. The shittiest experience with the dry cleaning. They overcharge and underdeliver. Needed them to steam a dress and they charged $25 claimed they only had an iron and would burn my dress (ok then don’t accept my payment and tell me to go somewhere else from the beginning if you can’t do the job professionally and properly). Ended up doing myself 04/23/25 you know who I am. (The tailor is really nice tho)

Lazy and don’t care about customer service!! I dropped off some stuff for tailoring and was told to come back a day and time; when I went back nothing was ready and didn’t seem to care and weren’t doing anything when I walked in!! Someone has to tell the owner

Dropped off my clothes at about 10am and got them back perfectly clean and folded at 3pm, packaged well and the employees made sure even to give me an extra bag so the beat up one I brought wouldn't break on the way back! They even made sure not to shrink my favorite hoodie! Very happy!
