I’ve been a customer for 4+ years and have been very happy with Grace Cleaners’ services. Dry cleaning and laundering is consistent and high quality - the man usually at the counter listens patiently and places little pieces of tape on my clothes to carefully to mark the stains I point out, which I appreciate. I’ve also used their hemming and alterations service, which is reliable and well-priced - I would however only recommend using them for simple alterations and repairs. The staff is cordial and professional. They seem to be able to handle basic mending and repairs, however more seamless work is beyond their capabilities. Do not recommend for high quality items or clothes requiring inconspicuous repairs.
Very dissatisfied with late tailoring order for two pant hems. We discussed a deliverable when dropped off and they did exactly what they wanted to do. Never again!
