O NOT GO TO GRACE DRY CLEANER!! I dropped off my $800 suit (that i only wore 1 time) to dry clean and when i picked up the suite there was a hole on the back of my suit.when i asked her why the back of my suit ripped and she told me "there is no way that they rip my suit and i was lying" the suit is practically brandnew and i double and triple check my suit before i spent $ 800..please do nt go to this dry cleaner and you have been warned!!!
Initially, I provided a 4 star review, prematurely, which was based on my initial impression. Alteration wasn't ready on date promised, so I returned again today to be informed that the charge had increased. Sleeve length was too long, so the jacket was left for another day. Communication is difficult due to broken English which compromises good communication & understanding. I sincerely believe she means well.
