First and last time eating here. Placed an order online. I arrived early and waited in the parking lot for a couple minutes. After 30 minutes from placing the order I got a text saying my food was ready. I went up to the front to pickup my order only to find they hadn't started it yet. There was about 5 people BOH and 1 FOH. For the next 15 minutes more than half of them spent most of their time on their phones. This seems to be normal for dying St. Louis restaurants chains. I will give them credit before I review their horrendous food. Their service and staff was some of the best I have ever experienced. Very personable and attentive. Their soda is also top notch and very flavourful. The food however was terrible: Their catfish and mac and cheese were the only items that tasted “okay”. The catfish had flavorful crust, but a pretty fishy taste. The mac and cheese was just your average mid-tier fast-food mac and cheese topped with breadcrumbs. Very overpriced and definitely not worth it. Two small pieces of catfish and slaw was almost $20, you can find better value elsewhere. I won't go back
