Food menus seems to grow increasingly smaller every month or so but it is quality product. Small Cappuccinos is only a 2.50 and is the best downtown (sorry Parlor) staff is friendly however service can be a little slow at times. Lunch menu is a bit expensive but on par with prices downtown. Comfy leather couches and fake fireplace make this the perfect spot for coffee and lunch breaks!
Had a Denver plus a coffee... the Denver sun amazing!
Very good restaurant hidden within Winnipeg City hall. Varied menu, lots of standard and non-standard choices. The food is ready quickly (you pick it up yourself - no waiting staff, rather a cafeteria style restaurant). Not too busy, so service is fairly fast. Food is good as well.
