If having immediate availability for my son wasn’t a big enough red flag, the lack of communication and compassion is another. They will send your child home weekly for an illness they don’t have. Inconsistent scheduling of techs causing unplanned days off. They can do whatever they want to get a check but as parent you have to deal with it. I don’t understand how this place is open and they definitely take advantage of people!
As a first time , naïve, vulnerable, uneducated autism parent. I 100% felt completely taken advantage of. They have rules, that they do NOT follow. Throughout the 8 months of services we received there, we saw minimum to no progress. They are strict about attendance, in regards to “insurance” not paying the employees, if patient doesn’t show.
