It is a well planned and looks so beautiful just waiting to see inside.
Zero stars honestly. I live across from this building. In the summer evenings, a very loud and belligerent old man will take his several instruments out to the lower balcony and scream profanity at passersby while playing poorly. I have reached out to the building managers and owners several times over the years living in my building, however they are unwilling to take any action to deal with their unruly residents unfortunately. Would not recommend anyone living in or around this building if they value their sanity.
