Called ahead about bringing in the car the next day for an AC repair. They said that it was busy and that they could not guarantee same day service but that they would try. Brought the car in next day and they said they would look it over as soon as they could. Two hours later they sent a video and and called with an explanation on what needed to be done. I was up in Chicago for work and my cars transmission cable broke in an intersection. I got it towed here and then my car wouldn’t start at all and basically stuck in the road. The owner and another employee were so nice and came out after hours to try and see if they could do anything in the moment. Unfortunately it was nothing that could be fixed right then and there but, they had it fixed by the next afternoon. They’re super kind and helpful 10/10!
