Had a large amount of work done and since have caught crucial mistakes. Firstly my car was missing a lug nut when I got it back and other lugs were not torqued properly. Supposedly had an alignment done, but car was floaty and prone to bump steer. Brought it back and took the employee for a test drive at which point they offered to redo the alignment. They're a dream. Staff is wonderful. Great communication. I had a unique problem with my car that two other places couldn't help with. Grace Automotive solved my problem and my car was ready in less than 24 hours! They don't miss a beat. They're incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with.
Highly recommend! Went in due to a car accident to fix our back bumper and they ended up helping us with more which was great! They did a full diagnostic and fixed an issue we had that 4 other mechanics couldn’t figure out. Would go back!
