I tried to schedule an appointment for my son for a mental health evaluation. Because he has Medicare and Medicaid, they would not schedule his appointment. I offered to pay out-of-pocket for his visit, and they refused to see him saying it had to do with legal issues???
Dr Spurrier and her staff are wonderful to work with. Dr Spurrier has shown incredible patience with my children and is able to make them feel comfortable ensuring the most accurate results. Grace Assessment has been an absolute please to work with
We were having testing done with one of my kids. They scheduled apts without talking to us about dates or anything. We missed one apt because we didn't know about it. We called and spoke with the receptionist, she was very rude and abrasive. She hung up on my husband, talked over him the whole time and was plain rude. She was also rude to me when I called.
