I bought my insurance from Grace Ang at about 100 per month. Six months later she raised it to 300 dollars per month without my authorization. When I called her trying to find out what happened she never picked up the phone. Then I called the customer service they sent her several emails asking her to contact me but she ignored. This is a terrible experience and Grace Ang is awful agent. She is doing fraud. Will never come back. She just stole my money.
I have been with all state for over 1 year and it's the best experience ever .thank you so much grace for explaining every thing .
