Went to the 5th Ave store Saturday night and it was busy. Initially was surprised there was only one person working there. However he did an incredible helping everyone without making anyone feel rushed or that thay they had to wait a while. Took his time with everyone and was very friendly and helpful. Great asset to your team! PS the Key Lime cupcake was delicious! definitely recommend and will be back!
The ice cream was so good and they had special cones like chocolate chip, pretzel, oreo, etc. Very cute place! Very friendly.
Brought my 10 year old granddaughter in for a cupcake, which she said didn’t taste good. I asked to switch the cupcake or get my money back, and I was told “all sales are final.” Thanks for making a 10 year old happy that day☹️
The cupcake and ice cream was awesome, the lady working not so awesome, hence losing 2 stars. Not very friendly at all and seemed to not want to help us. Watched several people walking out complaining about her too... Doubt I’ll return, don’t want to bother her again...
