Great people! I'd go back. And I am very picky. Let me just say that I have had a lot of bad experiences with braiding shops and you have nothing to worry about with Grace. Perhaps the previous reviews were referring to someone who no longer works there. I wish could post a picture of my Sengense twists, the look great. They were not rude to me and actually listened and accommodated my request to leave my edges out took their time and did my braids a lil larger than usual because of my concerns

If I could submit this without the stars I would! This place is HORRIBLE. The workers are rude. Considering it is a hole in the wall, one would think that they would treat their customers with respect.

I asked for zillions and ending up with zillions on the top and bigger braids in the back and some of my braids came out in public.They didn't do a good job at all. a waste of time and money.
