They are absolutely the worst. We had to file a 50 million dollar Civil Rights lawsuit against them August 3, 2020. They can't even do simple visits with a 5 year old over the internet and after my attorney told them to stop and abide by the court, they STILL couldn't do anything right. DO NOT use them. Felicia and Tiffany are useless.
