Great Service - – Our dryer was making a funny noise and stopped heating. We called and they came out the same day and fixed it. Very reasonable rate, very professional service. I received a call following up on the service and was told we had a one year guarantee. I will use them for all my appliance repairs. Very professional.
Excellent Customer Service – My refrigerator was on the fritz. They were prompt and friendly on the phone. Arrived at promised time. (actually ahead of promised time). Knowledgable about repair and able to explain things well. The repair went smoothly and quickly. The price was reasonable and came with a one year guarantee. What more can you ask for! I would highly recommend them.
Excellent service – I picked Graboserv at random off the internet when my washing machine filled up and then stopped working at 5 in the morning! They came out the same day and knew in the first few minutes exactly what was wrong. Was very honest and very reasonable for the service call. I would call them again for any of my applicances that may need repair.
