Dr Grable is very busy and well liked by everyone. Love his professionalism and knowledge.
He is very attentive to your words and actually repeats what your saying. He has helped me twice out of two medical emergencies when no other doctor would listen or try to figure the symptoms out. Both times required surgery and these were 2 years apart. This review is for the doctor which is very busy but polite.
I've been here twice with my husband. It was horrible. Both times, we waited for more than an hour past our appointment time, in an uncomfortable, overcrowded lobby with no air conditioning. The staff is rude and dismissive. They shout at patients as if they're naughty children simply for coming in. They border on sarcasm. They seem to enjoy the sense of power they get from putting their patients in their place. The patients, who are mostly older, cower.
