I had trouble with a terrible sewer gas smell in my hall bathroom. Two other plumbers came to fix it, but were unsuccessful. Then two plumbers from Grabill came and worked very hard to discover what the problem was. One of them had an idea and replaced a part. That fixed the problem. I was overjoyed! I highly recommend Grabill plumbing!

I was frustrated having dealt with other plumbers in the area with my tankless water heater issue. I had multiple visits with no confirmed diagnosis, a "magic touch" that fixed the problem for a day, and MULTIPLE service charges. Why didn't I just start with Grabill? One call and the guys were out the next morning. Both were kind and installed the new unit quickly and under budget. Stop fooling yourself with the other plumbers. Get it done right and quickly and just go with Grabill. You're Welcome.

Used Grabil Plumbing for Thermasol steam generator service. The visit resulted in no confirmed diagnosis or repair. The issue was deferred to a call with Thermasol, and a part was sent as a possible cause, not a guaranteed fix. I was initially charged both a service trip fee and labor. After back and forth, the service trip fee was waived, but I was still charged $191 in labor despite no on-site resolution or definitive diagnosis, and less than 45 minutes of total time spent on the issue.
