Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but we never seem to get any help when we come in. It's the only place in town to get some of these things, but I'd almost rather go to Wichita. It's pretty normal for them to be standing around not doing anything and still not ask if we need anything. It's been like this for years. I guess at least they are consistant.
