The technician was knowledgeable and quick. We had multiple issues and he communicated well, solved all of the issues, and was polite and professional. The bill was fair and honest. I highly recommend Graber Heating and Air!
Had A/C problems on July 30, 2025. Turned out to be a plugged condensation drain hose. Dillon happened to be in our neighborhood and stopped by. Had it all cleaned and operational in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service.
Graber has provided amazing service to me over the past two years! Both the blower on my AC and furnace went out last year. The furnace, on a weekend and the coldest day of the year. The AC blower failed on one of the hottest days of the summer. This year, a couple of weeks ago, one of the hottest days, my AC died...on a Sunday. Shane came over and tried for at least 3 hours to repair it but it was long gone! They worked me into their schedule and installed complete new system.
