Michelle is very patient and pleasant. I am not happy with my shade that was installed over my new shutters. I do not feel the measurement has been done correctly. It looks off and uneven at the top. I am being told that it is due to the window and drywall not being symmetrical. However, bearing that in mind, I would think the shade could have been measured more accurately to correct this feature. Michelle has been very professional in trying to help me understand.
