The products and installers are excellent, but Michelle, the consultant, who placed the order was not helpful in resolving a shop card issue.Then, after reaching out several times, I finally heard from her. She referred me to customer service rather than taking responsibility to resolve the issue herself.
Michelle is wonderful -- easy to work with, very competent, and makes choosing easy . . . highly recommend Michelle!
Today, the beautiful window treatments that we ordered from Patriot Blinds were expertly installed by Bill, his long time partner, Roger, and Josh. Their care and attention to detail was outstanding! We couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. And, we now have beautiful windows to enjoy. Michelle is very patient and pleasant. I am not happy with my shade that was installed over my new shutters. I do not feel the measurement has been done correctly. It looks off and uneven at the top. I am being told that it is due to the window and drywall not being symmetrical. However, bearing that in mind, I would think the shade could have been measured more accurately to correct this feature. Michelle has been very professional in trying to help me understand.
