I placed an order for Graber Blinds with Costco for my entire house. Fiona from Patriot Blinds came to help us with order. Was very knowledgeable and helped with our selection. Then installation was done by Brad and Roswin. Came early and were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up and took away all of the old blinds and shades. I would definitely recommend Patriot Blinds, you will not be disappointed
Roswin Sango was an extremely knowledgeable, nice, and charming individual. He was kind and explained everything in great detail to make sure we understood how to operate the new blinds. Very personable and friendly. We highly recommend Roswin for anyone who is having blinds installed. 5 Star is not high enough raring for Roswin. Great guy.
Patriot Blinds has been a great company to work with. It started with Zach who came to my house and helped me pick the right awning to cover our outside deck. He came back a second time and took the time needed to pick out the perfect one. Then the day of install Rob and Brad were here on time and installed the awning quick! You can tell this wasn't there "first rodeo". They were polite and professional, showed me how to use it, made sure I was comfortable with all the ins and outs before leaving. Brad and Ross installed our plantation shutters yesterday and did a great job. They were efficient and completed the work in a relatively quick period of time. We're really happy with the installation and results of their work.
Brad and Ross did a great job installing our plantation shutters yesterday. They were efficient and professional. The entire process and all communications with Graber have been excellent. We'd use them again.
