On the sales and presentation side, Zachary did a great job explaining the different options and fabrics for our new Sunsetter retractable awning. He was prompt and courteous during our consultation. On the installation side, Zachary was back at our home again with Max. Both gentlemen were prompt and courteous. The installation of our awning needed to be a bit higher due to a dryer vent being located on our second floor. Extra care was given to ensure the awning was secure.
