Although we had a hiccup at the beginning of the factory making the risers and doors not the same colour, the professionalism at correcting this was phonemical. These things happen, but to go well beyond making it work for me was exceptional. The whole team including the President takes pride in this business and it shows. Didn’t make promises they couldn’t keep. Highly unusual in this business. Quality of work was superb. Would never consider using someone else.
This is my 2nd kitchen with Graber cabinets. Jess, Rob and the team were great to deal with. We had a few minor issues but they were resolved immediately. Their workmanship and customer service is the best. Couldn’t be happier with my kitchen and bedroom built ins. Highly recommend.
