What a pleasant experience. Stopped by late on Friday afternoon because I was having an issue with my 30 gallon vacuum. It had been in use at an automotive repair facility since the late 90's. The motor had finally worn out after years of use and abuse. While I waited they were able to replace the motor and they found and replace a damaged recessed remote electrical cord plug in. if you are looking for a frustrating experience, lack of integrity, and lying, then look no further. The lack of reviews should tell you all you need to know. look elsewhere or expect issues. In response to your response. That is exactly my issue. You dont know because your staff does not effectively communicate and / or is not properly trained. My issue came from lack of communication, and now that you have a negative review, you want a resolution to save face as you have very few overall reviews. Without knowing who sent t... read more
