If you are in the Orlando area and in need of Mobile Catering You should call These Guys, they are wonderful and very friendly they came and it made it the catering and event very simple fed everyone. Everybody was happy food drinks and all they cleaned up after they left, I didn't have to do anything I went right to sleep

Tastes like my childhood to be honest. Everything was fried extremely well and the portion size was generous. Frying In Haitian cuisine is a skill and they have nailed it. the griot was EXTREMELY well seasoned (honestly I don’t remember when was the last time I had such good griot) and I like their pikliz recipe. I would highly recommend to try to fritay platter if you never had Haitian food before or you are looking for a trip down memory lane

Hands down the best of the best in our Haitian community in Orlando! He’s so sweet, professional and charismatic at best; always have my palette sing and beg for more flavor every week. Listen if you’re looking for an authentic Haitian Griot don’t look any further because you my friend just hit the spot!
