June 2026. Mike came recommended to me for an issue with our AC system. He was extremely knowledge about the issue we had, including breaking down different options as well as his recommendations. Arrived promptly within the timing window we had scheduled and also gave advice on a few other aspects of our hvac setup. Would recommend, 5 Stars!

I witnessed the owner personally called a former customer—not to offer an apology or to understand their concerns—but solely to threaten them over a negative review. Their call lacked professionalism entirely. There was no attempt to take responsibility or to reflect on the feedback given.
