We had been using a larger pool company since we moved into our house (they had been servicing the pool prior to us) and we’re very disappointed to see that the pool was not being cleaned properly, chemicals were not well balanced which most likely led to staining on our steps, and chemical pucks were being put directly into the skimmer basket.
