FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER!! Rude and dishonorable price gougers. If you carefully sift through their negative complaints, most reflect attempts to gouge Seniors and Women. I am 65+ and retired. I recently asked them to replace a Garbage Disposal to which two men responded. Upon completing a 20 minute job, a gouging $1132.59 invoice was presented. Randy from G&R plumbing charges outrageous prices. He feel he took advantage of my 80 year old mother. He charged her over $141.00 to fix a handle on her toilet. I was out of the state or I would have fixed it in 5 minutes after buying the $5.00 part. She could have bought a new toilet for that price. I told her to never call him again and to also warn her friends. This is not the first time I have heard that he overcharges people. I told my mother to never call this man again and to warn her friends as well.

I would not recommend this company to anyone ever! This is a very dishonest and rude bunch of people. G and R Plumbing charged me $800 for a simple sump pump repair (Sump pumps cost $80 at hardware store and take about 5 minutes at most to install). When my husband confronted owner about the outrageous price and the owner lied about what services were performed and told my husband too bad. This company will lie and take your money for substandard work.

This outfit is gready, fair quality workmanship, way over priced and the owner is a lying scumbag. Mr Partin makes it up as he goes to add billable hours that cost more than a high priced lawyer. He charges $250/ hour not to fix things and then complains about how hard the job is. I would run as fast from this theivery as you could. Siciety would be done a favor by this business going under.

Don't use this plumber – Run as fast as you can from this company. They were called for a leaking toilet. They charged my wife over $250 to "reset" the leaking toilet. It started leaking again within hours. They said their work was guaranteed for 30 days. It was more like 30 seconds. When my wife called them about the toilet still leaking, they said we probably broke it by sitting back on it too hard. The funny thing is we hadn't even used it since they left. G&R Plumbing is the BEST! I have used them for years, and just yesterday (Feb. 21) I called with a clogged garbage disposal. Since I was going to be out of town the following day, I was scheduled two days later. However, within the hour, they called and said they could do my repairs the same day! They came and quickly repaired the disposal and cleaned up spotlessly.
