Top level customer service. Actually above and beyond a five star rating. I had an issue and I got a direct phone call to troubleshoot and help me fix my problem. That’s basically unheard of. Aside from that, I’ve been a customer for a long time and they are incredibly responsive to stock inquiries, general questions and the shipping is always incredibly fast. You should reach out to GR Performance parts first!!
I have ordered thousands of dollars of products from GR Performance Parts and I have never once been dissapointed! The owner Rich is super informative and is more than a help whenever I have questions or concerns. Updated as I heard back from GR Performance with a resolution: I ordered the ForsVara Carbon Farring for the GR Corolla. Not only was the product fit and function not as described/shown, but the customer service from GR Perfomance wasnt good, extended delays and failed to update me periodically after reaching out to them. After contacting them initially requesting assistance for sealant that had made its way from under the lower edging and onto the carbon panel, I had expressed concerns with excessive and terrible flapping o... read more
Great company with kind people and good products. They have been a great resource for building my GR86 the way I want it built.
I ordered the ForsVara Carbon Farring for the GR Corolla. Not only was the product fit and function not as described/shown, but the customer service from GR Perfomance is horrendus. After contacting them initially requesting assistance for sealant that had made its way from under the lower edging and onto the carbon panel, I had expressed concerns with excessive and terrible flapping of the roof rack at 50+ MPH.
